A) Responsible to perform repair/service. 1. To perform repair and service as per repair order. 2. Ensure all complaints are accurately diagnosed and rectified the first time. 3. To assist the team leader in ensuring that vehicles are in roadworthy condition by reporting defects spotted during repairs. B) Responsible for the proper maintenance and utilization of service equipment, tools and participate actively in outlet kaizen and housekeeping. 1. Carry out weekly checks and maintenance on equipments and tools under possession. 2. Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times. 3. Practice 5S as a way of life. 4. Participate in outlet Kaizen activity. C) Perform or carry out quality job to exceed/meet customers expectation. 1. Refer to team leader, if unsure/lack of confidence to carry out repairs. 2. Aim for zero CBJ, by performing quality repair/fix-IT-right the first time. 3. Recommend for additional parts if needed to carry out repairs. 4. To be able to carry out minor troubleshoot. D) Adhere to company SOP and scrupulous towards work. 1. Disciplined and committed to work. 2. Punctual to work. 3. Support team decision. E) Responsible to meet target in labour utilization, productivity and efficiency. 1. Ensure proper clock on and clock off. 2. Ensure job completed within estimated time. 3. Prepare tools and spare parts before carry out the jobs.
