**Role Overview**:
As an Production Technician, your responsibilities will include:

- Participating in training sessions focused on operating our production machines, adjusting machine parameters, and observing the production of our company products according to SOP.
- Gaining hands-on experience across various production stages and processes on the production floor.
- Acquiring practical proficiency in the use of our machinery and mechanical tools.
- Ensuring production output meets projected volume and adheres to timelines.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment on the production floor.

To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

- Possess a diploma in Engineering, Chemical, Polymer, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or a related discipline from Vocational College, MARA Institution or tertiary college/university.
- Willing to be based in Bandar Baru Bangi, Seksyen 10, Selangor, for work.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic, enthusiasm for learning, and a proactive attitude.
- Be open to working in 8 hours or 12 hours shifts (7 am - 7 pm or 7 pm - 7 am).
- Work schedule is based on 5 working days and 2 rest days depending on rolling duty roaster.
- Demonstrate good discipline and professionalism.
- Display effective communication skills.
