Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- **Technical Support**: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- **System Maintenance**: Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as updates and backups, to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
- **Network Management**: Support the IT team in monitoring and managing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- **Documentation**: Create and update technical documentation, including user guides and FAQs.
- **Inventory Management**: Help manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to support IT-related projects and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
