Job Description:

- Maintain records, reports, and databases related to engine service operations.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing timely responses to inquiries, and updating service progress.
- Track service requests and follow up with customers, suppliers, and service teams.
- Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to align service schedules and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales report.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and inventory updates.
- Manage office supplies and service department inventory.
- Ensure all sales and service documentation complies with company policies and industry regulations.
- Attend to ad-hoc tasks given by superior.

Job Requirement:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Min 2 years administrative experience, preferably in technical/service department
- Have customer service background
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, word, powerpoint)

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
