**Job Brief**

The social commerce executives contributes to the growth of our social commerce platform, ShopperCliq by enhancing the customer experience and managing customer order fulfilment in a timely manner.

Reporting to the senior social commerce executive, the social commerce executive will be responsible for driving sales in the Singapore and other upcoming markets, supporting day-to-day social commerce operations. He/She will have an opportunity to learn more in-depth social commerce management, including price and customer analysis as well as the merchant acquisition and engagement.

The social commerce executive works in a fast-paced & digitally-centric environment where he/she ensures end-to-end integration of the social commerce business. The social commerce executive is collaborative, motivated and results-oriented self-starter.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting daily operational task such a assisting customer & seller inquires in daily social commerce operations.
- Assisting in managing social commerce marketing place’s product listings, price & store update and backend settings.
- Coordinating order processing, delivery, returns of customer orders and billing.
- Planning the routing for key brand’s order fulfilment and ensuring customer’s order fulfilment in a timely manner.
- Researching market and consumer insights to improve the platform’s customer engagement and conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- A social media enthusiast
- Has a good balance of EQ & IQ
- Friendly disposition with good interpersonal skills
- A collaborative team player and yet independent
- Organised, resourceful, time management skills
- Competent in written and spoken communication skills
- Has an eye for details
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales admin or marketing will be preferred (but not mandatory)
- A positive person with can-do attitude

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,100.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
