Business Development Executive

Responsible to establish and maintain key accounts in assigned territory.
- Execute sales and marketing activities for assigned businesses & territories (including product portfolios and marketing plan and order taking) to achieve sales targets.
- Develop effective sales strategy to achieve set target.
- Prepare quotations / tenders, arrange delivery to fulfil orders and commercial matters, in accordance with company policies and directions.
- Review daily / weekly sales activities performed.
- Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc.
- Update current and prospective customers of promotions and new / upgraded products.
- Record sales data for report and tracking purposes.
- Maintain customer complaints / issues and follow up on customer issues and fulfil satisfaction.
- Drive company sales growth by actively managing existing wholesale accounts and developing new customers.
- Familiarizing with all products and services offered by our company.
- Liaise and maintain meaningful relationships with existing customers to increase sales and reduce returns.
- Prospect, contact and develop new customers through new product and collaboration proposals.
- Negotiate best terms with customers for win-win long term relationships.
- Provide product training and support to customers as required.
- Handle and review customer feedback and complaints promptly.
**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month
