Perform all works that related to the Operation and Maintenance. Adherence of work process flow, procedure, public regulatory, company pollicy and safety & health regulation. Daily inspection of the machines, equipments and facilities. Set up AV System for function and event. To support the Security and Maintenance Supervisor to administer the Security and Maintenance operations in the normal day to day conduct of the business according to Standard Operating Policies and Procedure. The Jobholder must be able to understand how energy is utilised for heating and lighting systems installed in the Hotel and know how to maintain these systems while saving operational/ utility cost for the Hotel. General servicing and repairing plant and equipment; removing, replenishing and replacing materials and substances; carrying out in-service adjustments and commissioning plant and equipment for safe use is performed by the Jobholder. These equipment include CCTV; generator set; swimming pool pump; door-set; TV; air-conditioner; hot water systems; Public Address (PA) system; walkie-talkie: main Control board (MCB); heating rod; thermostat; fire extinguishers, fire hoses and other fire fighting equipment; Fire Control Panel / Emergency Control Board; electrical and lighting Systems; fluorescent light tubes, bulbs, starters, transformers and other related parts; toilets; leaking pipes; cooking equipment; salamander (pizza oven); combi oven; rice cooker; microwave oven; chiller; palux system; blower fans; and water pump.
