**General**
- Ensure that preparation of all food & beverage products are in the correct measures and presentation are followed as per the standard of all food & beverage division
- Attend pre service briefing on a daily basis in order to have latest information on the operation
- To ensure highest standards in service of all food & beverage products, making sure that orders are handled as quickly as possible with minimum delay
- Ensure that all service preparation is sufficient during every meal period
- Responsible for the tidiness and cleanliness of the service area, ensure that all service equipment are clean and in good working condition

**Inpatient Service**
- To sent the in-patient meal at accurate time as per hospital policy.
- Assists with assembly of items such as fruits, other desserts, and salads/side salads for plating
- Prepare necessary juices or other beverages in designated mugs
- Wipe, clean, assemble Menu Mobile Tray prior to plating
- Assemble all necessary cutlery and crockery at the plating area
- Assists with setting up conveyor belts prior to meal service and ensure it is clean and tidy
- Works at any of the work stations at the conveyor belt and assist in positioning of meal components as per menu
- Loads tray trolleys with completed meals
- Distribution of Meal to Patients

**Hospital Events / Functions**
- Set up table and buffet line according to Supervisor instructions
- Removes and cleans all buffets including basic equipment, props, crockery and service equipment after the functions completed
- To arrange table, skirting, table cloth, crockery and other items at the Banquet items storage area
- To ensure highest standards in service of all food & beverage products during functions

**Job Requirements**
- SPM or Certificate in F&B Operations from recognized learning institution.
- Prior working experience in F& B related operation is preferred.
- Basic knowledge and understanding food safety issues.
- Willing to work on shift basis

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
