Facilities Executive will assist Process Development & Improvement Senior Executive to manage the facilities maintenance team, managing the warehouse and equipment maintenance schedules, communicating with vendors, and executing projects and tasks given. The primary goal of the Facilities Executive is to provide support and execution to help our warehouse operations to run more efficiently.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensure the performance of preventative and corrective maintenance on a scheduled and seasonal basis.
- Creating and managing the department budget and expenses.
- Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work.
- Monitoring occupant satisfaction in the facility.
- Monitoring construction and renovation projects.
- Monitoring performance metrics of facilities technicians and associates.
- Liaise with related parties including contractor, subcontractor, vendors, etc to ensure completion of tasks assigned.
- Communicating with upper management to develop strategic facility goals.
- To provide daily, weekly, or monthly reports to superior timely.
- Monitor tickets raised by stakeholders and ensure tickets are completed on time.
- Performs the job safely and in compliance with Zalora & OSHA policies, procedures, work and safety rules.
**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**
- Educated to Degree-Level standard or equivalent, but is by no means essential
- Proven experience in similar roles
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside office hours
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a larger team
- Ability to manage teams and vendors
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proactive and responsive
- Deadline-driven
