我们正在寻找一位细心且具备丰富经验的 **HVAC 协调员兼现场主管**，负责协调和监督各项目现场的冷气系统（HVAC）安装工作，确保工程按时、高质量、安全完成。此职位需要良好的沟通能力、项目管理经验，以及对HVAC系统安装流程有深入了解。

**主要职责：项目协调与计划**

✔ 制定、组织和安排HVAC安装工程进度，确保按时完成。
✔ 协调客户、顾问、承包商及内部团队，确保沟通顺畅。
✔ 编写每日/每周工作进度报告，提交管理层及客户。

**现场监督**

✔ 监督冷气工程现场的施工，包括风管、铜管、保温及设备安装。
✔ 确保施工严格按照图纸、规格及安全标准进行。
✔ 检查并确认安装质量，确保符合公司标准和客户要求。

**团队与资源管理**

✔ 管理现场技术员、工人及分包商，合理分配工作。
✔ 确保人力、工具及材料的充足和正确使用。
✔ 及时解决施工过程中出现的技术问题。

**质量与安全控制**

✔ 严格执行现场安全规范（遵守OSH标准）。
✔ 定期进行现场检查，发现并消除潜在风险。
✔ 确保工程质量达到公司标准，避免返工。

**技术支持与文件管理**

✔ 审阅施工图纸，必要时提供技术建议。
✔ 负责施工记录、材料记录及设备清单的整理。
✔ 协助系统测试、调试及故障排查。

**岗位要求：**

✔ 机械工程或相关专业文凭/学位（优先考虑）。
✔ 至少 2-3 年HVAC工程或施工管理经验。
✔ 熟悉冷气系统（VRF/VRV）、风管、铜管及安装规范。
✔ 能阅读和理解技术图纸。
✔ 良好的沟通能力及领导能力。
✔ 熟悉安全条例及现场施工流程。

**Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination & Planning**

✔ Plan, organize, and schedule HVAC installation works according to project timelines.
✔ Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
✔ Prepare daily/weekly work progress reports for management and clients.

**Site Supervision**

✔ Supervise on-site HVAC works, including ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment installation.
✔ Ensure all work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
✔ Inspect and verify installation quality before handover.

**Team & Resource Management**

✔ Manage technicians, workers, and subcontractors on-site.
✔ Ensure proper allocation of manpower, tools, and materials.
✔ Solve on-site technical issues promptly.

**Quality & Safety Assurance**

✔ Enforce workplace safety compliance (OSH standards).
✔ Perform regular site inspections to identify and rectify risks or defects.
✔ Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with company standards.

**Technical Support & Documentation**

✔ Review project drawings and provide technical input when needed.
✔ Maintain proper documentation for work progress, materials, and equipment.
✔ Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting HVAC systems.

**Job Requirements**:
✔ Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
✔ Minimum 2-3 years experience in HVAC projects or construction supervision.
✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, VRF/VRV, ducting, and piping.
✔ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
✔ Good communication and leadership skills.
✔ Familiar with safety regulations and site procedures.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
