Ensure that staffs at HQ and branches performs duties in accordance with company’s policy - Supervises the recruitment of staff in accordance with company’s needs including the placing of advertisements, conduction interviews, reference checking and drafting letters of appointment. -Maintains current knowledge of market salary and wage scales and terms and conditions of employment. - Develops and implements approved wage and salary policies to attract and retain suitably qualified and experience staff. - Co-ordinates the preparation of Position Descriptions and Qualifications for all positions - Supervises the development and implementation of appropriate training programs (CSG and TNG) - Co-ordinates the preparation of employee handbooks and manuals ensuring that all recruited employees receive a copy of the handbook. - Implements a Human Resources database to record leave, training and salary and benefits for staff. - Represents the company in negotiations with labor unions and employer groups ensuring that company interests are protected. - Ensures that labor laws and regulatory provisions are observed. - To ensure operation according to ISO compliance - Conduct performance appraisals of all senior department staff and prepares guidelines and time frames for improvement. - Lease with government authorities related to foreign workers. - To monitor closely on payroll activities.
