Responsibilities

customers.
- Maintain a strong product knowledge to assist customers and their concern
- Strive to meet Key Performance Indicators set by the management to ensure best quality of

service are constantly delivered

**Requirements**:

- Minimum bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in any discipline preferably social science
- At least 1 year call center / BPO experience
- Fast learner and independent
- Language proficiency in English (B2)
- Native Speaker of Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin (If language support is required)
- Communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Passionate in gaming
- Client-focused and solutions-oriented; problem solving and analytical skills - Ability to
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively on a team
- Self-learner interested in both the how and the why
- Ability to educate customers on policy and product questions
- Ability to prioritize effectively according to changing circumstances and manage multiple

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
