Source vendors for facility upkeep and maintenance
- Taking care the site overall procurement (sourcing, negotiation, quotation comparison, vendor qualification, create PO and PR)
- Verification of goods and services received (procured).
- Raise payment for the vendor job completed within the accounting period.
- Liaise with contractor on job
- Prepare refreshment & beverage for customers visit
- Facility and asset checking and record maintence
- Lead 3rd party cleaners for daily warehouse / workplace cleaning
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management pertaininig to site maintenance and upkeep

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any field.
- Proven experience in facility management and procurement.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Cost conscious
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
