**Key Responsibilities**
- Product Development and Enhancement_
- Collaborate with the development team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for new features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor insights.
- Product Launch and Marketing _
- Assist in formulating strategies for product growth and marketing, including product descriptions, user manuals, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing product launches.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to improve the product offering.
- Product Management _
- Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and growth.
- Develop product positioning strategies informed by research and market insights.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure targets are met and create action plans for improvement if needed.
- Data Analysis and Reporting _
- Analyze product performance data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize product strategies.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement through data-driven analysis.

**Qualifications**
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized university.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in product management within the ICT, SaaS, or related industries.
- Proven skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and solution development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent time management and organizational proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
