**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage day-to-day production activities and operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Oversee the training and development of production staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Monitor production output and quality standards to ensure compliance with set guidelines and promptly address deviations.
- Supervise all production lines for a smooth production operation.
- Coordinate and plan production schedules to achieve production orders.
- Utilize innovative factory tools and data analytics to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate actions.
- Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and automation solutions to optimize production processes and increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations throughout production operation and promote a safe working environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. 2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry, production, or a related field.
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Malay. _**Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage**_._
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives, if necessary.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in production operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
