**Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Manager (AI Force Security Service Sdn Bhd)**

**Gaji**: RM 4,500 - RM 6,000 (Based on Experience)

**AI Force Security Service Sdn Bhd** is a licensed and expanding security services company, delivering professional protection and monitoring solutions across Malaysia. As we continue to grow, we are looking for qualified finance professionals to lead and manage our financial operations.

We welcome applicants for either **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** or **Finance Manager**, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage the company’s full set of accounts, financial planning, and budgeting.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual **financial reports** and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with **tax, audit, and regulatory** requirements.
- Manage **cash flow, costing, and financial risk assessments**.
- Lead and mentor the finance team (for CFO level).
- Coordinate with external parties such as **auditors, tax agents, and banks**.
- Improve internal financial processes and implement better financial control systems

**Requirements**:

- Degree in **Accounting / Finance** or related field.
- Professional qualifications (e.g. **ACCA, CPA, CIMA**) are preferred for CFO role.
- **4-10 years** of relevant experience depending on role.
- _CFO_: 5+ years, with leadership experience
- _Finance Manager_: 3-6 years, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of **Malaysian financial regulations**, SST, and accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
