Key Responsibilities
- **Content Review**:Evaluate user-generated content across various platforms to ensure compliance with company policies, community guidelines, and legal standards.
- **Harmful Content Identification**:Flag and remove inappropriate materials such as hate speech, graphic images, spam, misinformation, and other prohibited content.
- **User Support**:Respond to user reports and complaints, investigate issues thoroughly, and take appropriate action.
- **Escalation**:Escalate complex, sensitive, or policy-violating cases to senior moderators or specialized departments for further review.
- **Tool Utilization**:Use moderation tools to track, report, and resolve content violations efficiently.
- **Policy Improvement**:Provide feedback and suggestions to help refine content moderation policies and procedures.
- **Collaboration**:Work with other teams, including legal and support, to address content-related issues.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
