- Lead and manage the warehouse teams locally and regionally.
- Define departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels, timing supply to production, eliminating obsolete and off-spec material, and reduce ageing material.
- Manage day to day warehouse & logistics operations, resource planning, and ensure meeting KPIs.
- Manage warehouse & logistics department budgets; monthly review and verify transportation billing (3rd Party Warehouse and External Transport) and petrol charges and OT claim.
- Develop, maintain and manage effective with collaboration with 3PL, ensure effective support of company operations requirements, KPIs and meeting of business targets.
- Resolute day-to-day operation issue that including inbound receiving and outbound shipping.
- Plan, co-ordinate and implement product and service-related projects in warehouse & logistics operations.
- Regularly review warehouse layout and ensure optimum space utilization.
- Monitor inventory levels and feedbacks to purchaser on the warehouse utilisation rate.
- Plan and develop a schedule for task that effectively allocates the resources to the activities and monitor the progress to ensure timely completion.
- Plan and manage cycle count and accountable for inventory accuracies
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly reports for management review.
- Oversee documentation of procedures and work instructions in alignment with ISO standards compliance.
- Conduct performance evaluations of warehouse and logistics personnel in a consistent, fair, and objective manner to encourage continuous performance improvement.
- Instill storekeeper discipline and 5S of warehouse
- Streamline operation to meet customers' satisfaction and maintain accuracy of all orders in the system.
- Derive maintenance program to ensure forklift, lorry and truck are maintained in good condition at all time, and renewal of lorry license and inspection before due date
- Develop and maintain transportation system on domestic and international freight/shipping that ensures business needs are met.
- Resolve any legal issues pertaining to transportation/distribution and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations as well as ISO requirements.
- Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, including tracking, regulatory reporting and vendor management.
- Improve logistics performance by leading implementation of new projects.
- Support trade compliance activities and provide assistance to other departments to assure compliance with appropriate regulations.
- Implement and maintain all occupational health and safety programs, environmental compliance programs/reporting with an emphasis on targeted key initiatives.
- Planning for Packaging Material Order (Pallet, carton box or others) supply to internal / external warehouse.
- Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Technical skills such as distribution and warehousing management, health and safety program, continuous process improvement, lean logistics, business development and project management.
- Proficiency in Quality Management System, and audit methodology.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management System, including standard business office software.
- Strong written and communication skills, good team player and ability to lead.
- Ability to analyze and problem-solve, cultivate safety habits and ability to multi-task.
- In-depth knowledge of computerized integrated information systems. (Manufacturing, materials management, production planning, procurement & distribution)
- Familiar with requirements of ISO 14001 & TS 16949
- Possess a positive attitude, conduct with impartiality and openness; tactfulness and resourcefulness in all dealings.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
