**Cash Team Leader, Corporate Banking** **-** **(**2500003W**)**
- To lead and to guide relationship manager in a cash team servicing existing to Bank customers.
- To maintain and grow existing deposit portfolio and to deepen profitable relationships by providing proposition and advisory for corporate banking clients on Cash Management solution.
- To proactively review the portfolio with the team to increase share of wallet by providing customized Cash Management solution on collection, payment, internet banking, etc. to meet and exceed their business and operational requirements.
- To acquire new-to-bank and generate new leads for the team from the supply chain of the existing customers.
- To manage the team’s cross-selling of all other products within the Bank including various types of corporate banking facilities, bancassurance, workplace accounts, premier banking, etc.
- To work closely with internal stakeholders including Transaction Banking, Treasury, Product and Operations Teams to ensure the team is able to meet its planned revenue and volume projections.
- To assess and to manage the potential risks of the team’s portfolio in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements as well as the Bank’s internal procedure manuals.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a recognized degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business, coupled with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar field.
- Good analytical skills in the areas of Cash Management or Wholesale Banking.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, influencing and problem-solving skills.
- Positive and growth mindset, willing to learn, able to work independently and initiative driven.
- Result-oriented and able to work as a team.
- Good planning and organizing skills.
- Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese language is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to travel.
