**Customer Service Officer/Sales Coordinator - Printing Solutions**

**Location**: Kawasan Perusahaan Cheras Jaya, Balakong

**Company Overview**:
Our client, based in Kuala Lumpur, specializes in high-quality printing solutions, from labels to large packaging boxes and display standees for various industries. They are known for reliable shipments, consistent quality, and competitive pricing, utilizing high-end German printing machines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate sales activities and liaise with sales personnel.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Manage RFQs, cost breakdowns, and customer liaison.
- Check customer-supplied items (artwork, samples, colors) and provide feedback.
- Coordinate sample preparation and monitor quality standards.
- Update paper requirements based on customer forecasts.
- Work with production to meet deadlines and ensure material availability.
- Maintain ISO 9001:2015 documentation and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (or 3 years without formal qualification).
- Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and BM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

**Remuneration & Benefits**:

- Salary: RM 3,500 - RM 4,500 (based on experience).
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS, medical coverage, and annual leave.
- 5-day work week (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM).
- 3-month probation.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
