**Job Title**: Sales Manager
**Location**: GWM Sabah (4S Centre)
**Salary Range**: RM5,000 - RM15,000 (Basic + Commission & Incentives)

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and strengthen customer base.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Train and mentor sales consultants to improve product knowledge, customer service, and closing skills.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales follow-up and service coordination.
- Work closely with the marketing and management team to plan promotions, campaigns, and events.
- Handle key customer negotiations and corporate sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of sales operations, CRM systems, and market trends.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Possess valid driving license.
