**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Assist in Establishing and Maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS)**: Support in the creation, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- **Assist in Audits Implementation**:Participate in audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- **Documentation and Filing System**: Help in organizing and maintaining the ISO documentation system systematically to ensure all files are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- **Participate and Support QMS Activities**: Assist in daily QMS activities, supporting quality control processes and documentation. Help track and monitor quality metrics, ensuring processes are in place to meet quality standards.
- **Support Operations & 5S Activities**: Actively support and participate in operational quality activities and 5S initiatives (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to improve workplace efficiency and safety.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- A keen interest in quality management and continuous improvement processes.

- Develop skills in 5S methodology and process improvement.
**Job Type**: Internship
Pay: RM800.00 - RM850.00 per month
