Responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service through personal contact with customers - Maximizes productivity by assisting all manager in the development of team members (thru actual process flow) - Participates in community activities to enhance public awareness and the image of the company - Follow and maintain company, customer and personal security procedures - An Service Manager should expect his/her time to be devoted in the following four basic areas: a) Transaction processing - 30% of the time b) Operations - 40% of the time c) People management - 20% of the time d) Marketing - 10% of the time - Participate in database management, such as collecting the correct customer data, verifying its accuracy, and implementing database-driven marketing - Follow-up and monitoring of the branch activities, staff performance, working atmosphere and quality of services provided - Creating and implementing new services and product ideas that follow the projects philosophy - Creating systems and protocols for the different aspects of the daily work of the branch including documentation - Maintaining continues communication and reporting to the Manager of SOD Branch - Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management of SAP system. - Oversee overall SAP daily report of WIPs, Insurance Orders and warranty submissions. - Regular meetings with Operations Manager in presenting the SAP reports - SAP - DBM - Parts Packages, maintenance packages and labor packages. Implementation of service maintenance modules - Other duties as specified by Operations Manager "as needed" basis.
