Lastly, we seek to increase and maintain customer retention and perpetuate a good relationship with travel agents. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Working alongside the Business and Products Development Departments.
- Perform sales data entry (HUBSPOT)
- Generate business leads
- Identify and educate new prospects
- Create engaging and informative contents for social media
- Coordinating promotional activities, events
- Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns
- Conducting research and compiling, distributing and presenting ideas

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Retail Management, Corporate Administration, Entrepreneurship, International Business Management or equivalent
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Team player, independent, fast learner, and able to multitask

**Availability**:

- August onward

- Monday to Friday (10.00a.m -7.00p.m)
