The Medical Representative plays a vital role in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The Medical Representative is a leading driver of our customer interactions and sales performance. They are the face of our customer experience approach and build deep relationships that deliver value for customers and patients in order to drive sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsibility for achievement of annual sales targets for assigned territory.
- Territory management - Daily field calls and review call on assign target audience at a frequency as spelt out in itineraries to achieve effective coverage at minimum cost and time required.
- Ensure new account generation and product penetration and continue sales in hospitals and clinics in assigned area.
- Drive Competitive Sales Growth by identifying and prioritizing high-potential customers through data analysis (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescription decisions.
- Personalize and orchestrate customer engagement journeys for target HCPs by reflecting customer preferences, leveraging available content and multiple engagement channels.
- Establish effective working relationships with opinion leaders and top medical influencers (at territory level) and challenge current behaviors in order to improve the patient journey (right patient, right time).
- Provide scientific and clinical education to healthcare professionals through presentations, one-on-one interactions, and training sessions.
- Provide professional customer service through regular coverage, develops ability to response to physicians’ requirements and queries effectively.
- Provide feedback to the organization on emerging trends and unmet medical needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, business development, and regulatory affairs to align scientific strategies.
- Ensure all activities adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
- Stay informed about relevant guidelines, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Any other task given/instruct by your Immediate Supervisor or the Management.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Degree/Master in science related field or relevant study.
- At least 2 years sales/marketing experience in Pharmaceutical/ medical device industry.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Good medical and clinical knowledge in the therapeutic area: haematology, oncology, gastroenterology, orthopaedics, rheumatology.
- Good analytical skill using excel.
- Sense of urgency and attend inquiry on timely manner.
- Good in medical and clinical data interpretation.
- Strong leadership with people management skill.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Possess a valid driving license.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
