**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute recruiting strategies that identify, qualify, and hire talent.
- Will be supporting APAC region like Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Japan and China.
- Working with the stakeholders

Essential Capabilities
- Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle - understands the recruitment lifecycle.
- Partnering with recruiters to create and execute strategies to convert passive talent into a strategic pipeline talent
- A growth mindset: a drive for continuous improvement, a curiosity for learning, quick to see things in other people's views.

Essential Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Sourcing.
- Mandatory to have sourcing skills from social media & LinkedIn.
- Able to identify problems and present solutions in a timely manner.
- Good at Social Media sourcing like LinkedIn, X-Ray search using Boolean concepts.
- Handling the requirements of APAC region.
- Must have handled hiring for China, Japan location and also proficiency in Chinese language.
