We are currently seeking a **Reservation cum E-Commerce Manager** specializing in revenue analysis preferably in **Hospitality Industry** to join our revenue team.

The Reservation cum E-Commerce Manager will play a pivotal role in analyzing revenue data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and optimize revenue generation and involve in the day to day general administration of the revenue department.
- To Coordinate with the property and management if there are any issues with connectivity or changes in payment mode etc.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and customer behavior, affecting revenue.
- Conduct daily rate shop to ensure parity
- Prepare monthly Market Segment reports and OTA performance report
- Generate ad-hoc reports for senior management to support strategic decision making.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Check daily on booking pace and inform RM on dates that enable the property to yield
- Communicate selling strategies to the reservation team and front office colleagues.
