**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:

- Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations
- Assist HR and management with general office duties
- Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Manage and monitor office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment
- Support in preparing letters, reports, and official correspondence
- Assist in sourcing suppliers, comparing quotations, and preparing documents for tender submission
- Input and manage data in company systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support smooth office workflow

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Office Management, Business Administration, Human Resource, or related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with numbers and basic calculations (for quotations/tender comparison)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team within tight timelines
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
- Must provide latest examination results (transcript or result slip)

**Internship Allowance & Duration**:

- Allowance: RM1,000 per month_
- Minimum internship duration: 6 months_
