**Job Summary**

The Enrolment Service Advisor (ESA) plays a vital role in supporting students after their initial registration decision. Acting as the bridge between admissions, finance, and the student, the ESA ensures a smooth and complete enrolment journey from documentation submission, offer letter issuance, to initial fee collection and student onboarding. The ESA also provides consistent support to improve the overall student experience and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Coordinate and follow up on all required documents from newly registered students to ensure timely issuance of offer letters.**:

- Verify the completeness and accuracy of student submissions, including academic and personal documents.
- Collect and monitor first semester or first month payments, ensuring payment deadlines are met.
- **Provide regular updates and guidance to students throughout the enrolment process, addressing queries in a timely and professional manner.**:

- Monitor and track student status to reduce withdrawal, deferment, or non-commencement cases.
- **Maintain accurate student records and update internal systems (e.g., CRM or student management system).**:

- Support student onboarding initiatives and orientation-related activities.
- **Continuously identify areas of improvement in the enrolment experience and provide feedback to relevant teams.**:

- Perform or handle additional tasks that given by the reporting line manager
- **Carry out their task based on the policies and systems set in place by the Sales Department**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
