**About the Role**

This diverse and varied role will keep you busy. You will:

- Provide a seamless merchant onboarding experience, including risk assessment and account configuration
- Complete merchant account reconciliations to identify and correct billing or settlement discrepancies
- Manage recurring billing and settlement processing in a timely and accurate manner
- Review and update standard operating procedures to comply with company and regulatory requirements
- Assist with weekly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Provide insight to transaction trends through transaction data, analytics and daily monitoring

**What are we looking for?**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (Experience and understanding of payments banking operations such as merchant acquiring, direct entry, claims, and chargebacks would be a definite advantage)
- Have finance, accounting, business or commerce related qualifications
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with strong administration and financial skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (excel, word, outlook)
