**Position : Human Resource Executive cum Admin**

**Salary Range : RM 2,500 - RM 4,500**

**Working Day : Monday - Friday**

**Location : Petaling Jaya Selatan**

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Update and maintain employee data and documentation consistently to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports & handle routine HR tasks such as drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and overseeing verification processes.
- Address employee inquiries promptly.
- Assist in organizing internal events and programs aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture..
- Responsible for staff leave administration, maintenance and staff attendance.
- To perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects pertaining to Human Resources duties as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
- At least 1 years of related working experience will be advantage
- Good knowledge of local employment laws and statutory
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Mature, self-motivated, disciplined, Passionate, work credible and reliable
- Medical, Miscellaneous allowance, Insurance, etc
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
