2) Conduct Training Needs Analysis for management and supervisory staff to identify and
determine training needs.
3) Develop hotel’s annual training budget and planner and ensure it is line with the operational
strategy
4) Conduct hotel orientation and generic training for hotel staffs
5) Set performance standard for departmental trainers
6) Develops and review policies, procedures, forms and format relating to training
7) Recruiting quality trainees to fill operational needs & for future hiring purpose
8) Manages trainees and handling disciplinary related issues
9) Source for external benchmark training to meet hotel training report
10) Audits departmental training periodically to ensure they are conducted in a professional
manner and according to instructions.
11) Source for appropriate legal compliance training and responsible for maintaining proper legal
compliance training files.
12) Tracks and ensure all staffs attend legal compliance training related to position
Maintains and update records of all training programs conducted.
13) Manages & maximizes Human Resources Development Fund and process all claim on timely
basis.
**Requirements**:
1) at least 5 years of experience in training and development
2) able to present concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner
3) able to create visual learning aids to support training materials
4) able to organise and maintain accurate training records
5) able to work under pressure while managing training and multiple deadlines
**Qualifications**:
1) University / College degree or Diploma in a related discipline preferred
2) Strong organizational and leadership skills
