We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Intern to support our Customer Relations Executive to join our team.
To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive allowance & bright career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Customer Care Team.
**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- To monitor existing customer’s portfolio & contracts and to ensure the fulfillment of customer’s evolving needs and satisfaction - Customer satisfaction is our first priority to secure long term relationship.
- Review and ensure value-for-money services for customers and the required margin of profits for the Company.
- To ensure renewal processes are follow up and closed according to contract anniversary. To review and monitor all renewals are being completed on time.
- Ensure satisfactory after sales service is provided to customers and provide regular communications between the customer and team, to provide strong team representation to meet the customer’s expectations.
- To take charge with prompt and quality response towards regular demand of customer needs.
- Attend to all enquiries from existing customers, especially those pertaining to contract renewals, price increase, up selling and any related issues.
- Attend to all terminations, complaints, inquiries, orders and other document (in relation to contract renewal) other documents accurately and timely basis.
- Ensure all documentation pertaining to customers are updated into the respective service database timely and accurately.
- To assist with the collection of debts and credit issues as and when required.

**Duration**: Depending on your university's requirement

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Office Management course)
- Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis
