**JOB PURPOSE**:
The Special Officer to the President is a critical role that provides high-level support to the President of Aafiyat Group, helping manage day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives and key projects. This role is particularly important as Aafiyat Group continues its leadership in Malaysia’s growing business and future expansion.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Executive Support**:

- Assist the President in overseeing the management of business operations across all subsidiaries, ensuring smooth coordination and communication between departments.
- Prepare reports, presentations and documentation for the President’s meetings with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Manage the President’s schedule, ensuring all appointments and events align with company priorities.

**Strategic Initiatives**:

- Support the President in executing strategic business plans and expansions, particularly in the superfood and olive oil markets.
- Conduct research and provide insights into market trends, competitor analysis, and business opportunities that can help the President make informed decisions.
- Track the progress of major projects, including international market expansion and product diversification.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Act as a liaison between the President, Vice President, Group C- Level, Subsidiary CEO and other middle management to ensuring effective communication and the alignment of company goals.
- Handle correspondence on behalf of the President, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, government bodies, and industry stakeholders relevant to Aafiyat Group’s operations.

**Business Operations**:

- Monitor the performance of various divisions, with particular focus on revenue generation, cost efficiency, and the implementation of business improvement strategies.
- Assist in reviewing and approving business proposals, contracts, and agreements that require the President’s attention.

**Risk and Compliance Management**:

- Ensure that the President is informed of any potential risks or challenges that may impact the business, particularly in regulatory or market-related matters.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure that Aafiyat Group remains compliant with local and international regulations.

**Personal Assistance**:

- Manage personal tasks for the President as needed, ensuring that personal obligations do not interfere with business priorities.
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s Degree would be an added advantage.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 12 - 18 years of experience in a high-level administrative or operational support role, preferably within a medium to large enterprise.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Knowledge of the retails industries, particularly in Malaysia and ASEAN region would be highly beneficial.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business software.

**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive approach to identifying challenges and opportunities within the business.
- Flexibility in working hours, with availability to support the President as needed, including during travel or after hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
