Purchasing Assistant

Working hours : Mon to Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Working location: Taman Impian Emas, Skudai Johor Bahru
**Job Description**:
1) Purchase Requisition Form (PRF)
- To receive PRF & forward to Logistic & Warehouse Department for checking stock available before issue PO.
2) Purchase Order (PO)/Delivery Order (DO)
- To send out PO/Memo to suppliers/site group personnel.
- To follow up DO with suppliers/site personnel.
- To follow up invoice with suppliers.
- Matching supplier’s DO/PO/Invoice & key in into system.
- To follow up goods delivery schedule.
- To liaise with suppliers & check on any discrepancies in DO/PO/Invoice.
3) To ensure purchasing activities comply with the ISO9001 quality system.
4) To follow company policies, purchasing procedures manual & standard operating procedure (SOP).
5) To ensure documents are filing in good order.
6) Any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
2) At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
