**JOB PURPOSE**
- Administer user profile life cycle management to increase security controls.
- Conforms to Head Office, Regional, Regulatory, Local IT internal policies including Technology Risk Management and Cyber Resilience Framework
- Ensure uniform IT Security policies and procedures are maintained

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- ID Management for front-end / business systems and process user profile requests within the agreed service turnaround standards.
- Conduct and manage User Profile Review for all front-end and business systems.
- Comprehensive report and up-to-date documentation related to IT Security and User ID Management (e.g. policies, procedures, change management & etc).
- EOS / EOL tracking for IT Security & Infrastructure related devices / solutions and follow through with the stakeholders on the action plans.
- Monitor and ensure endpoint anti-virus definition is up-to-date and liaison with IT Support.
- Assist and support for KRI reporting.
- Other related duties may be delegated from time to time.

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**
- Efficiently administer the user profile for various systems
- User Profile turnaround time as per guideline
- Timely completion of user profile review.
- IT Audit Findings - related to User Sanctions & other security related matters
- Achievement of Personal Objectives and Measurable Targets.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university major in Computer Networking, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in User ID administration. Fresh graduates with good results can be considered.
- Professional IT certification is an added advantage.
