**About the Role**

We are looking for highly motivated and driven individuals to join our client’s financial sales team as **Telesales Consultants**. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in financial services, with comprehensive training, warm leads, and competitive commissions provided.

**What We Offer**

**Base Salary**:

- Without insurance certifications (BCP, PGI): up to SGD **$3,000**:

- With insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, HI): up to SGD **$3,500**
- Additional commissions based on sales performance_

**Commission Structure**:

- Average commission per closure: SGD **up to $6,000**:

- Commission tiering starts from **8% up to 22%** (highest tier with $20K sales)
- No rollover

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
