- Responding promptly to participants’ inquiries.
- Communicating with participants through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving participant complaints.
- Understanding our products and services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of participants interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure participant satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Responding and handling negative reviews by understanding the customer’s grief and providing assistance to resolve any problems.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
