RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage overall ISO Quality System.
- Coordinate internal and external Audits.
- Manage and ensure implementation of document control of quality and revision of documents as requested in the document.
- Change Requests from department/division, encoding, issuance and prompt distribution of the latest copies of quality documents.
- Prepare audit plans and coordinate schedules with relevant department/division and internal auditors.
- Document the minutes of meetings and highlights of management system review meetings and ensure distribution of these documents to department/division.
- Overall in charge for company QMS.
- Coordinate, monitor and control the movement, filing and archiving of all technical documents with the objective of ensuring compliance to project management procedures.
- Manage the Document Control Procedure for the efficient management and recording.
- Assist to develop electronic filing and archive system and technical library for easy to issuance, storage, retrieval and management of documents that must be controlled and kept for the company requirement.
- Manage the Document Numbering Procedure for the whole department.
- Ensure that the Record Management of technical documentation of the whole department is in order.
- Create the Document Distribution Matrix plan and be the focal point to all users.
- Be the focal point for all correspondence between the whole department and other parties.
- Create and implement flowchart related to Document Control Function.
- Report to head department

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree / Diploma in Engineering/Business/Administration field or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in document management.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Must be able to lead a team and work under pressure.
- Good communication & correspondence skills with Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Prior knowledge in document control in engineering environment is an added advantage.
- Proactive with good in organising and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Detail orientated, dependable and trustworthy.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 is add advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
