**Job Title**: Administrative Assistant
**Department**: Administration
**Reports To**: Admin Executive / Office Manager / HR Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This includes managing daily administrative tasks, handling documentation, assisting in coordination across departments, and maintaining organized records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files systematically.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, meeting minutes, and other documents.
- Support HR, Finance, and other departments with clerical tasks as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, appointments, and event arrangements.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Mandarin/Malay.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is an added advantage.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
