Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics.

To liaise with external government offices and authorities in relation to Safety & Health matters.

To plan and monitor the Safety and Health activities within the company and its requirement.

To prepare any relevant safe operating procedure.

To conduct regular and timely safety and health inspections, hazard identification and report findings with recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.

To be responsible for planning, reviewing, coordinating, implementing and updating Occupational Safety and Health Management System in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994, Factories and Machinery Act 1967 and other legislative requirements at the workplace.

**Requirement**:
Preferably a Green Book holder.

In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA).

Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices.

Familiar with local statutory and legal requirement upon Occupational safety, health & environment.

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in chemical manufacturing is required for this position.

Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety.

Profession in preparation of safe operating procedure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
