**Job Summary**:
The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment while handling administrative and front-desk duties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area to be clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Admin, Facilities, etc.) when needed.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration or related field.
- Female, Muslim.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (other languages are a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
