**Role Purpose**

As a Project Manager at Professional Care and Development, you will have the ability to directly impact successful health projects, including health awareness and vaccination projects, in shaping a better tomorrow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the key assigned initiative and work in close collaboration with relevant department and business unit
- Create project timelines, manage implementation milestones and ensure quality deliverables
- Manage the Project P&L and Liaise with the Account Team
- End to end stakeholder management in establishing and handling expectation to achieve business expectations and impactful results.
- Manage overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverable expectation are clearly communicated
- Partner with execution team to understand opportunities and limitations of solutions being implemented
- Effectively balance the needs of the customer, as well as the direction and the needs of the company
- Demonstrate skilled problem-solving capabilities to determine solutions and options to resolve problems

**Role Requirements**

Education/Academic Qualification: Bachelor Degree related with Marketing / Mass Communication

**Work Experience**:5 years in project planning with experience in healthcare. Other acceptable experience to complement past experience can include large project management and/or strategic roles within an industrial/ operational business.

**Language Skills**: Bahasa Malaysia, English are mandatory. Mandarin is optional but encouraged.

**IT Skills**:MicrosoftOffice including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint

**Competencies**:Leadership/ Personal Competencies/ Critical thinking/ Planning / Reporting

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
