**Working Days & Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

**Employment Type**: Full-time / Part-time
(Part-time can discuss on the working period, days, and hours)

**About Us**

We are a growing pet e-commerce company based in Perai, Penang, focusing on quality pet food, treats, and others.
As our business expands, we are looking for a creative, passionate, and proactive individual to join our marketing team as a **Content Creator / Marketing Executive**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process e-commerce orders: pick goods, pack parcels, and scan shipping labels.
- **Unload goods** (for male employees).
- Organize and tidy goods onto racks
- Repack and label items when required.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory updates.
- Handle returned parcels and assist in resolving shipping disputes when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Able to communicate in **English, Malay, and Chinese**.
- Fast-paced, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Basic computer operation skills
- Able to work independently and follow standard operating procedures
- Physical ability to handle lifting (up to 25kg) for male staff
