**Position Title : QA Manager**

**Industry : Label/Sticker Manufacturing**

**Location: Batu Pahat,Johor**

**Salary Range: Up to RM6300**

**Lead and manage the QA QC team and expertise to the overall Quality Management System, policies and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements**
- Enforce quality controls in process line and manage PPM (Parts per Million) in order to maintain company standards
- Working with management to develop new quality control processes and procedures
- Proactively lead the implementation of quality improvement projects to simplify processes within QA team
- Plan, coordinate, organize, administer, and assess internal quality audits of the Quality System to assure standard compliance
- Monitor all quality related improvement programs in the factory
- Investigate and report to management on the quality issue or complaint raise by the customer
- Devising procedures to inspect and report quality assurance issues
- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations. and performance qualification
- Lead and manage the QA QC team to improve and resolve the quality related matters to accomplish the organizational goals of the company

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance Related field in management role in manufacturing industry with product lines
- Must have knowledge in controlling PPM (Parts Per Million)
- Must have knowledge of quality in process line
- Must have experience in handle internal and external audit
- Must have experience in handle internal and external complaints
- Must have knowledge in ISO9001 and ISO14001
- Must have knowledge for general factory compliances
- Communication with internal and external party
- No colour blind

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,300.00 per month
