**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a driven and creative **Marketing Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will plan and execute marketing strategies that elevate our brand, engage healthcare professionals, and promote product awareness. You will work closely with our sales and business development teams to deliver campaigns and materials tailored to the medical and healthcare sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and brand growth.
- Manage and maintain the company’s digital platforms, including the website and social media channels.
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g. designers, printers, media partners) for marketing execution.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, or FMCG sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage campaigns with mínimal supervision.
- Good understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Google, etc.).
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Highly organised, creative, and proactive.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
