Assistant Facility Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- To manage, supervise and monitor maintenance department and conduct regular meeting and briefing with maintenance team on operational matters/issues.
- To plan and implement proper
- and effective preventive maintenance programmes for all maintenance works.
- Ensure maintenance checklist is in place, supervise and monitor performance of service provider by servicing and maintenance contractors.
- Optimizing operational cost and liaise with local authorities where necessary. Correspondence and compliance with the requirement of regulatory authorities such as JKR and etc.
- To oversee all maintenance works carries out by tenant’s complaint and ensure all operating procedures are strictly adhered to as work order.
- To ensure all services contracts are carried out on schedule and in accordance with tenants complaints.
- Train maintenance staffs to work safely.
- Lead operation on facility management and maintenance of house which include mechanical, electrical and civil.
- Ensure all upgrading works delivery within schedule, at minimum cost and meet quality and specifications approved by JKR.
- Prepare monthly reports, proposals and monthly claims
- Liase with JKR personnel and clients at regarding facility management and maintenance.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 5-8 year(s) of working experience in the handling Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering**.
- Computer literate (MS Office/Excel).
- Strong leadership, good personality and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, independent with good planning, organizational and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadline.
**Salary**: From RM4,500.00 per month
