**About Us**

Lovik Enterprise is a fast-growing TikTok Live commerce company specializing in women’s handbags (Denifor). With our continuous expansion, we are opening a new branch and are seeking a responsible, proactive, and organized **TikTok Live** **Operation Manager** to lead and manage daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Plan and schedule livestream sessions for hosts and content creators.
- Conduct interviews and recruit new TikTok hosts or livestream talents.
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales and engagement targets.
- Manage administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and operational paperwork.
- Monitor performance reports, review every hosts’ live data and ensure KPIs are met for both hosts and operations.
- Solve daily issues, handle ad-hoc tasks, and maintain a positive working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in **Mandarin, English, and Malay** (spoken & written).
- Proven experience in **operations, team coordination, or livestream management** is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with **TikTok Live** or e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage.
