**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Operate and maintain various types of machinery, including CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines, lathes, mills, grinders, and other precision machines.
- Set up machines by adjusting controls and configuring tools to ensure the proper operation.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation and quality.
- **Blueprint Interpretation and Setup**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine specifications, measurements, and machining procedures.
- Set up workpieces and determine the appropriate tooling, feed rates, and speeds required for each operation.
- Conduct initial test runs to verify that the machine is producing the required specifications.
- **Precision Machining**:

- Ensure parts are machined to precise tolerances and dimensions by making necessary adjustments to the machine or cutting tools.
- Perform multiple machining operations such as drilling, boring, turning, and milling to produce complex parts.
- **Quality Control and Inspection**:

- Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet the required quality standards using tools like micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
- Perform routine inspections and document results to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
- Detect any defects or imperfections in the machining process and make adjustments or repairs as needed.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working order.
- Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or issues with machinery, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- **Material Handling**:

- Select appropriate materials (metal, plastic, etc.) based on the specifications and job requirements.
- Prepare and secure workpieces for machining, ensuring safety and efficiency during operations.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and standards to minimize risks associated with machine operation and material handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and ensure safe operations.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with other team members, supervisors, and engineers to achieve production targets.
- Provide updates on progress and communicate any challenges encountered during machining operations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)
