We’re looking for a passionate, strategic, and hands-on **Supply Chain**to join our team and shape the future of our people development initiatives.

**Position overview**:
**Supply Chain**plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, streamlining stock management processes, and supporting logistics operations across all stores and warehouses. This role ensures compliance with SOPs, coordinates audits and stock takes, collaborates with vendors and 3PL partners, and drives process improvements for efficient inventory flow. Ideal for someone detail-oriented and proactive in optimizing backend operations.

Logistics:

- Work closely with 3PL to schedule inventory delivery from warehouse to stores.
- Improve the process management of warehouse and transportation.
- Review inventory regularly to keep sure stock is under a reasonable range.
- Supervises overall logistics activities to ensure smooth operations for stores.

Supply Chain:

- Responsible for providing effective and efficient support to inventory relevant matters.
- Ensure stock accuracy by conducting regular inventory audits.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems
- Schedule cycle count and stock take for stores and warehouse when necessary
- To conduct store / system audit - compliance to company SOP.
- Corrective and prevention action to mitigate risk and recurrence of issues.
- Process enhancement to be more operation friendly.
- Setting up of standard guideline relevant to inventory matters.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements and transactions.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, stock discrepancies, and other relevant metrics.

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 1 -2 years of warehouse / logistics / supply chain experience (preferably with F&B industry)

Skill:

- Basic computer skills
- MS office
- Warehouse / inventory management software

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
